As Hertfordshire County Council has indicated that it would like council tax to go up this year let us hope that some of that increase will be used towards repairing all the potholes in the roads.
The road outside my house is in a particularly bad state of repair and it feels like my car and myself are being shaken like a rag doll when driving along it!
