Ricky Leigh Hughes, 36, of Bushey Hall Road, Bushey. On June 2, 2019, being a relevant offender within the Sexual Offences Act failed to comply with notification requirements. Two counts. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Costs: £15.

Caroline Owide, 51, of Oxhey Road, Watford. On February 28, 2019, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £217. Three penalty points.

Tariq Iqbal Alam, 33, of Chalfont Road, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth. On May 27, 2019, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £330. Six penalty points.

Lukasz Chmielewski, 26, of Bushey Hall Road, Bushey. On June 28, 2019, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.

Paul Collins, 47, of St Albans Road, Watford. On November 19, 2019, damaged a front garden wall and gate to property. Compensation: £500.

Bradan Mark Andrew Pope, 20, of Wadham Road, Abbots Langley. On June 15, 2018, assaulted a person thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 250 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation: £1,065.

Faye Louise James, 36, of Yarmouth Road, Watford. On December 27, 2019, had in her possession one deal-sized wrap of diamorphine. On same date, had in her possession one deal-sized wrap of crack cocaine; had in her possession a quantity of cannabis. Fine, costs: £322.

Gary Randles, 33, of Oakhill Close, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth. On October 30, 2019, had in his possession a joint of herbal cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £61.

Anthony Johnson, 36, of Arbroath Green, Watford. On July 22, 2019, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £392.

Joe Philip Longuehaye, 23, of Park Close, Bushey. On December 28, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fine, costs: £541.

Lee Chapman, 39, of Buttlehide, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth. On January 31, 2020, damaged the wing mirrors and wipers of a car. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Restraining order made. Compensation, costs: £185.

Charlotte Dalton, 31, of Tibbles Close, Watford. On March 13, 2019, had in her possession a quantity of crack cocaine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £105.

A fundamental principle of justice is that it must be seen to be done. It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public.
