A 33-year-old man has been charged with the possession of six guns with the intent to endanger life or enable another to do so.
Following a proactive Met Police Operation targetting parts of Epping Forest, Martin Keenan, was arrested in Roydon and charged by specialist detectives.
The 33-year-old of Little Brook Road, Roydon, was charged yesterday (Wednesday, February 26) with six counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life or enable another to do so – contrary to S. 16 Firearms Act – and one count of possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life or enable another to do so.
He will appear in custody for a preliminary hearing at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court later today (Thursday, February 27).
