Three coronavirus cases confirmed in Hertfordshire - recap

    As of March 4, there are three confirmed coronavirus cases in Hertfordshire and 85 across the UK.
  • The first case in the county was confirmed on Saturday (February 29) which seems to have been contracted in Asia.
  • Two additional cases were confirmed on Sunday (March 1).
  • Another confirmed case was a clinician at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood.
  • However, East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust later released a statement that said the clinician has tested negative.
  • On Tuesday (March 4), the government announced its battle a
  • plan to contain the virus outbreak.
  • And today, the government announced 34 more confirmed cases, but did not reveal where these cases are.
