An overturned cement mixer blocked a road near the M25 this morning.
Police have been at the scene of a crash near the Bell Roundabout in London Colney after being called at around 8am (Tuesday).
An HGV - a cement mixer - toppled onto its side just by the bridge that goes over the M25 by McDonald's.
The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.

The vehicle spilt its load and needed to be recovered.
Police closed the road in both directions between the Bell roundabout and Bell Lane near junction 22 for the M25 - but it reportedly reopened at 11.30am.
Earlier photos showed police and an ambulance at the scene and traffic crawling past the scene.

A Hertfordshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Police were called at just before 8am this morning (Tuesday 23 June) to reports of a cement mixer lorry having overturned in London Colney.
"Officers and the East of England Ambulance Service attended The Bell roundabout and found the lorry overturned and the road blocked.
"The driver was believed to have suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
"Road closures were put in place on the roundabout to allow for recovery and to clear cement from the carriageway.
"The road re-opened at just after 11.30am."
