Just two more days until pubs, restaurants, hairdressers and other businesses in the hospitality sector are allowed to reopen after months of lockdown.

Dubbed "Super Saturday", July 4 will be the first day that people will be able to meet their family and friends in a pub, restaurant or cafe.

Holidaymakers will also be able to stay at hotels.

We would like to hear from businesses in Epping Forest about whether or when they are planning to reopen, and what safety measures they have in place.

Even if you are not a business owner, let us know if your local pub or your favourite restaurant is planning to reopen on Saturday.
