FIREFIGHTERS in Wem tackled a hedge fire in High Street on Tuesday afternoon.
The fire was reported at 2.37pm and one crew from Wem was dispatched to tackle the fire.
The crew used a hosereel jet and a thermal imaging camera to tackle the fire, which involved a conifer tree and surrounding bushes and were on the scene until around 3.10pm.
