A single featuring Rapper and Youtube star KSI has climbed to the top of the Official Big Top 40 chart.

The star from Abbots Langley features on Nathan Dawe’s new single Lighter, which reached the number one spot on Sunday.

It moved ahead of the Head and Heart track by Joel Cory and MNEK, which is now number two in the chart.

KSI and Dawe were told of the news during an interview with the Big Top 40 after being told to give “fake” reaction if they had reached the number one spot.

A tweet posted by the Official Big Top 40 twitter account said that to say the duo were happy with the number one spot would be an “understatement”.

You can see the full reaction below.

Appearing on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Friday, KSI said he never expected to be taken seriously as a musician.

He said: “No chance, I never expected it, I remember back in the day when I was a kid and I was making gaming videos on YouTube, I never thought I was ever being able to perform in front of people never going to have songs that would chart, anything like that.

“So I think to be able to be in that period now, it’s unbelievable.
