Yesterday we brought you pictures from the Watford Carnival processions of 1963 and 1964 and today we move on to the parades over the next two years, as seen through the lens of keen photographer Derek Simmonds.
Derek's son-in-law Richard Massara posted this array of colourful carnival images on our nostalgia Facebook page, We grew up in Watford, after his wife Jackie kindly agreed for her late father's pictures to be shared.
