A MAN has been ordered to stay out of town over his latest offences.
Declan Hutchinson was abusive to a woman in St James’s Street, Brighton.
He harassed a police officer over her sexual orientation or supposed orientation, a court heard.
The 37-year-old, of Windsor Road, Bexhill, admitted harassment when he appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.
He was ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
An exclusion order has banned him from Brighton for four months.
