ONE Hampshire resident was able to quit their full-time job after they became an internet sensation selling satanic nudes.

After the pandemic hit, OnlyFans saw a huge increase in signups and content creation as people looked for new ways to generate lost revenue during this unprecedented year.

The subscription-based digital service allows content creators to charge their subscribers, to access photos and videos.

The site now has over 90 million registered users and over 1 million creators worldwide and is popular with adult entertainment stars.

Penny Peach, 20, from Totton in Southampton, was able to quit her full-time job as a retail assistant at Victoria’s Secret after her OnlyFans account blew up.

Basingstoke Gazette:

She has opened up about what life is really like as an OnlyFans creator.

Penny said: “I joined OnlyFans a year ago, and in March this year I was making enough money to quit my job.

“It really does give you freedom, I am now my own boss and I love it.

“I travel a lot to Bristol or go to see friends and as long as I have my phone with me I can work, which is amazing.”

Although she has quit her full-time job, Penny says filming and posting content is almost as much work as a full-time job.

“Each day I get up and do my makeup and make sure I look good, then I will start thinking about what content I could upload.

“I try to post something new every day so I don’t really ever have full days off.”

“I make sure I switch up my content and give my subscribers what they want, some days I will post from in the shower, other days I will dress up and some days I will be in bed.”

The 20-year-old grew up admiring Marilyn Manson, she now describes herself as a satanic wiccan and her OnlyFans content is often fetish based.

Basingstoke Gazette:

“I see myself as a strong atheist, and I always wanted to rebel.

“I love the darker side of life, when I was little I remember my dad giving me a Marilyn Manson CD and I fell in love with the style.

“I want people to look at my content and question everything, it gives it a wow factor.

“The darker the content, the more people remember you, I definitely think the fetish side of my content has helped me get into the top 8 per cent of creators on the site.”

But it hasn't all been plain sailing for Penny, as the account has cost her friendships, family and relationships.

“The thing that shocked me most was the amount of people who disagree with it.

“I would say to people [who want to start an Onlyfans account] you have to be certain this is what you want to do.

“I lost a lot of family and friends who didn’t agree with what I was doing, and it was tough.

“Everyone you know will see your content whether they are from school, college or work and you have to be prepared for that.”

Penny has even had her content illegally leaked to family and friends but when she went to the police, they were unable to help.

“It has also made being in a relationship complicated, some people don’t want to be with you as soon as they find out you do Only fans.

“Others are fine with it until things get serious, then they want you to quit, it leaves you having to choose between your partner and giving up your income.”

Despite the backlash Penny remains positive and plans to grow her following and break into the modelling world.
