This week in Watford we have a property conversion in Sandringham Road, turning it into two flats, the removal of a dead tree in Hempstead Road and three new homes at The Crescent.

A new outbuilding is proposed in Trout Rise, Loudwater, to contain a swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, and at Champneys in Wigginton there's an application to change three staff lodges into dwellings.
