With today marking the longest day of the year and the height of summer, you might be asking when summer will actually come back after days of drizzle?
With weeks of rain and miserable weather behind us, we were blessed with a mini heatwave last week and forecasters have now predicted several more for July.
But for the next few days the weather looks to be still somewhat unsettled with cloud and possible thundery showers but remaining warm all the while.
Tomorrow will be much like today with mostly cloud and possibly sunny intervals by the evening, with highs of 17C and lows of 9C.
From Wednesday onwards warmer temperatures are set to arrive with highs of 21C on Friday and lows of 13C.
Looking a little further ahead into July, warm weather is certainly back on the agenda with predicted highs of 27C, so brace yourselves for imminent heatwaves.
