In Waford this week is a proposal to change some commercial mezzanine space into a one-bedroom flat in St Albans Road. In The Gardens, Watford extensive remodelling of a house has been applied for, including demolishing the garage and replacing with a basement, a new garage and utility area. In Nascot Wood Road an application is in for a roof extension to create a first floor in a bungalow. Also in the pipeline is a proposal for the music shop in Queens Road to become a tattoo parlour instead.

For Three Rivers, there's a land impact assessment validated this week for a possible new housing development at Little Chalfont Golf Club and surrounding area. This would include affordable homes, a retirement village and land earmarked for a primary school and community centre.

In Windmill Way, Tring is an application to demolish a garage and replace it with a chalet bungalow.
