A pervert has been banned from a leisure centre after spying on someone for his sexual gratification.
St Albans Magistrates’ Court heard that Suhel Nagori watched the person do a private act in Watford on August 8.
The 42-year-old knew that the victim did not consent.
Nagori, of Broad Road, Watford, had pleaded guilty on September 7 to observing a person doing a private act for his sexual gratification.
Appearing in court on Monday, October 11 to be sentenced, he was ordered to pay £200 in compensation and £180 in costs.
A restraining order was also made prohibiting him from attending Woodside Leisure Centre until October 2022.
Nagori must also carry out unpaid work for 100 hours in the next 12 months and complete a rehabilitation activity requirement.
