A man has been sentenced after sexually touching a woman at a train station.
Nikunj Makwana intentionally touched the woman, who was over 16, at Watford High Street Station on April 13.
St Albans Magistrates’ Court heard that the touching was sexual when she did not consent.
The court was also told that Makwana did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.
The 42-year-old, of the Parade, Carpenders Park, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a female.
Being sentenced on October 21, he was ordered to pay £180 and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.
Makwana must also attend a Rehabilitation Activity requirement course.
