Hi, my name is Bruno and this is my friend Frankie. We came to the National Animal Welfare Trust in November from the charity New Hope.

We’re both around three-years-old and are very timid because of our bad start in life.

We are looking for an experienced, patient new home, preferably where we’re the only pets. We’re not the most affectionate pair but with time and patience, I’m sure we’ll come out of our shells a bit more once we understand we’re in a safe place.

Watford Observer:

Sadly, we’re not used to being handled so this will need to be built up slowly in our new home. I really enjoy having a little play with my ball and wand, whereas Frankie prefers the treat toys. But our carers here say we’re both quite food motivated so a ready supply of Dreamies will go a long way to winning our trust.

Like all pets from the NAWT, we’ve been medically checked by a vet and vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and neutered. We also come with four free weeks of Petplan insurance.

Watford Observer:

If you could be the special person to give us a loving home, please come and meet us here at the NAWT. Call on 0208 950 0177 (option 2) or email reception@nawt.org.uk to arrange a visit. The rescue centre is open from 11am to 4pm daily.
