A new venue with activities ranging from axe throwing, crazy golf and electric darts is preparing to open in Watford, after a short delay.
Boom: Battle Bar was originally set to open inside the Atria Watford shopping centre extension in early December.
However, some delays over the period meant that the venue could not open in time.
But the team behind the Boom venue in Watford has assured the Watford Observer that it is preparing for launch very soon – as it prepares to soon open bookings and an official opening date is expected to be announced within the coming week.
For now, an official launch date has not been provided, but it is understood that the venue is intended to open near February.
Those behind Boom: Battle Bar say they have been eyeing up Watford for some time and had hoped to open a branch sooner had the pandemic not struck.
It is an indoor venue providing a range of competitive fun and games with friends and family.
Games will range between axe throwing, crazy golf, boules, electric darts, shuffleboard, skee ball, boom ball and more.
There will also be a selection of food and drink, including a cocktail bar.
