An inquest hearing will begin after a man died at Watford’s shopping centre.
Police were called to Atria Watford on March 27, 2021, after it was reported that a man had fallen from a height.
At the time it was reported that he suffered serious injuries after the fall and he died at the scene.
Hertfordshire Constabulary told the Observer at the time that it is not believed to have any third party involvement.
Now an inquest hearing date has been set for the man on Thursday (January 27) at 10am, after the inquest was launched on December 12 last year.
He has been named as Andre Edson, 49, from Bushey.
The cause of death will be determined at the inquest.
Forensic officers were seen at Atria joining police and paramedics at the scene, and they reportedly remained in Watford until past 7pm that day.
One shopper told the Observer how the public were kept away from the shopping centre as emergency services began arriving.
