- A crash and a broken down vehicle caused delays of over an hour on the M25 this morning (June 9).
- Traffic was extremely slow anticlockwise from St Albans towards Watford
- A stranded vehicle at around 7.30am followed by a crash later in the rush hour (both between junction 19 for Watford and 18 for Rickmansworth) caused the delays
- National Highways reported nine miles of congestion and delays of around 70 minutes - queues have now cleared (by 11am) with all lanes running on the M25 between junctions 19 and 18
