The UV level is exceptionally high between 12pm and 3pm, and anyone wishing to bask in the sun is advised to take precautions.

With the sizzling heat, there is also a risk of sunstroke.

According to the NHS, it usually starts with heat exhaustion and symptoms include a headache, dizziness and confusion, a loss of appetite, excessive sweating, cramps in the arms or legs or stomach, fast breathing or pulse and being very thirsty.
