Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to identify after an e-bike was stolen.

At around 3.10pm on Saturday, August 6, a blue Carrera Vengeance e-bike was taken from outside of the Co-op on Delta Gain in Carpenders Park.

Herts Police say the man pictured was in the area at the time of the theft and may be able to assist with enquiries.

A Herts Police spokesperson said: “If you recognise him, have seen the bike for sale or have information about the theft please email dominic.lowth@herts.police.uk.”

Information can also be reported via non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 41/62931/22.

Elsewhere, Watford’s mayor Peter Taylor launched a petition calling for more police in High Street to tackle antisocial behaviour.
