Visitors to the Harry Potter Warner Bros. studio tour are set to be greeted by a new attraction if a planning application gets the go ahead.

The film studios giants have applied to Three Rivers District Council for permission to erect nine illuminated wands at the entrance of The Making of Harry Potter studio tour in Leavesden.

A letter from the applicants states the nine 4.85m tall Wizarding World Wands are based on the props from the films and will line a boulevard between the main car park and the tour building.

The wands have recently been on show at various locations around the UK and Warner Bros. want to install them for the benefit of tour visitors now the tour has ended.
