- The M25 near Watford was shut at around 8am over concerns for a man's welfare
- He was reportedly "found on the hard shoulder" near junction 21a
- The clockwise stretch between junction 20 (A41) and 21 (M1) was closed causing five miles of traffic
- National Highways has said it has now reopened (12.45pm)
- There are still residual delays but they are expected to ease soon
