“We’re committed to keeping drugs off our streets and I hope this provides reassurance to residents that we are out there, actively cracking down on suspected drug supply and associated criminality. Just because you can’t always see us, doesn’t mean we aren’t watching.”

In a separate case, Hertfordshire Constabulary carried out a week of operations targeting county lines drugs gangs, between Monday, February 27, and Sunday, March 5, as part of a national county lines week of action.

The operation saw 19 individuals arrested after £9,000 in cash, large quantities of class A and class B drugs and several weapons were recovered.
