- Network Rail was carrying out works at Bushey Arches “for rail purposes” today, which required a road closure at the roundabout and a diversion is in place sending drivers around South Oxhey.
- There were heavy delays near the roundabout, with the way onto Pinner Road closed.
- Traffic delays since cleared and the road fully reopened.
- Many locals have reported being held in traffic for 35-minute to 45-minute delays.
- Motorists have described "heavy traffic", and "complete chaos" at the roundabout, with long delays for journeys.
