Police have released a CCTV image of someone they want to speak to in connection with theft from a BMW.
The picture was released today (September 26) after the parked vehicle was targeted in Oxhey Drive, South Oxhey, between 8am and 2pm on Saturday, September 7.
A bank card from a stolen wallet was then used to carry out a transaction, police said.

Sergeant Andrew Blackwood, who is investigating, said: “We believe the woman pictured was in the area at the time of the theft and she could have vital information that will help our enquiries.
“If you recognise her or you are the woman pictured, please email me at andrew.blackwood@herts.police.uk quoting crime reference 41/74659/24."
He continued: “I would also like to remind motorists of steps they can take to protect themselves from thieves. Firstly, avoid leaving valuables in your vehicles. Always lock your vehicle, even if you are just popping back inside your home to get something. It’s also advisable to avoid parking in dark and secluded areas."
More advice is available on the police website, Sgt Blackwood added. Information can be reported via non-emergency number 101.
