Three fare dodgers from Watford have been handed fines totalling more than £1,400.
The trio appeared in Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on October 11 and in each case a charge of boarding a train in a non-compulsory ticket area without a valid ticket was proved via the single justice procedure.
Peter Odell, 36, boarded a train in London St Pancras International, for the purpose of travelling, without a valid ticket on April 16.

Odell, of Ladys Close, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £24.40 in compensation, £135 in costs, and an £88 victim services surcharge.
Andradeda Silva, and Gerardo Reinoso, both of Harwoods Road, both boarded a train at St Albans City Station on June 28 without a ticket .
Silva, 24, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £11 in compensation, £150 in costs, and an £88 victim services surcharge.
Reinoso, 32, was ordered to pay the same fine, costs, and surcharge but had to pay £15.20 in compensation.
