Previous burglary
Work tools were stolen from a house in the same road during another burglary sometime between 5.30pm on Wednesday, November 6 and 7.30am the next day.
Officers think the offender may have got into the house through the rear, as there were foot marks in wet concrete coming from that direction and a fence panel had been moved on the right-hand side. They may then have exited through the other side because bricks and a fence panel were moved there too, police added.
The relevant crime reference number was 41/94006/24.
