A NORTHOLT man is one of four charged after a violent burglary at a Rickmansworth restaurant yesterday afternoon.
Hamid Mokaram-Afshari, 50, of Northolt, was arrested along with Francesco Zand, 36, Mohammed Kashefi, 48, and Mehei Zand, 47, all of Tower Hill, Chipperfield.
All of the men were due to appear in front of magistrates this morning over the incident at the Blue Fire Restaurant in the Hertfordshire town, close to Watford, in which two men suffered head injuries.
