A TEENAGE girl broke down while giving evidence in the Daniel Rush murder trial today (Wednesday, December 3).
The 15-year-old was the third girl to give evidence about the attack in February this year which led to the death of the Watford teenager.
She was being quizzed by defence counsel Mrs Marion Smullen when she broke down and left the room where she was giving evidence via video link.
Mrs Smullen pressed her on why she had told police she'd seen Mr Rush's friend Blake Woodgates with a knife but later changed her story.
Full report in The Watford Observer on Friday.
