THE Daniel Rush murder trial has stopped until Monday after one of the jury failed to turn up at Luton Crown Court.
Justice Richard Aikens cited "personal difficulties" for the man's absence, to the remaining 11 jurors.
The case will begin again on Monday where a pathologist is expected to give evidence.
