A multi-million pound house sale in Radlett has broken all previous records, and could be an early sign of economic recovery in the area.
Housing company Octagon consigned the recently completed 7/8 bedroom house in Loom Lane to their hall of fame when it sold for roughly £6,000,000, an all time record for property values in Radlett.
David James, Octagon chairman said: “Although the first to be affected when a slow down starts, top end property tends to bounce back relatively quickly.”
This summer the North London branch has actually experienced one of the most successful selling periods since the regional office opened 15 years ago.
