Three young men have appeared in court charged with GBH after a man had his jaw broken in an underpass.
Jordan Coleburt, 18, of Whitwell Road, Watford; Lucas Gibbons, 20, of Aldbury Close, Watford and Jude Smyth, 21, of York Way, Watford have been charged with wounding with intent.
It is alleged the three attacked Gary Davison in an underpass of Meriden estate on Saturday, May 16, breaking the man's jaw.
No pleas were taken at St Albans Magistrates' Court Wednesday when the matter was committed to St Albans Crown Court for pleas on Tuesday, January 5.
The men had their conditional bail extended by the court clerk in the absence of District Judge Gill Allison.
