The county council is to stage a week-long course for teachers who have come from overseas to work in Hertfordshire's schools.
Around 70 overseas teachers have already signed up for the course, which will help them adapt to British culture and settle into their schools.
Last year there were around 200 teachers from abroad working in Hertfordshire's schools.
