THE hunt is on for the most media-friendly churches in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
The Churches Media Trust for the two counties wants to find Christian churches that have won the most positive coverage in the past year.
Judges are looking for the amount of coverage achieved, the initiative shown in winning it, and how far it helped others understand modern church life.
A panel of professional communicators will judge the media-friendly churches following the deadline on Saturday, November 30.
The winner in each county will receive £50 to spend on a church communications project and the runners-up will each receive £30, both alongside framed certificates.
For entry forms visit the Media Trust's website www.commskit.org.uk or by sending a stamped-addressed envelope to trust secretary Mr Buzz Coster at 'Mangala', Bridle Lane, Loudwater, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 4JB.
