A man has been arrested in connection with the attempted theft of a motorcycle on Saturday night.
Police were called to Chalk Hill, Oxhey, at about 8.30pm on Saturday night, when the bike was found damaged and on the ground just metres from where it was taken.
A police helicopter was involved in searching for the rider but no arrests were made in the night. A 37 year-old man, Alexander Reynolds, of Carmelite Road, Harrow Weald, has now been arrested and charged.
He will appear in at West Herts Magistrates Court on May 31.
