As the new academic year began this week there was double cause for celebration at Westfield Community Technology College where two sets of twins gained 45 A/A* GCSEs between them.
Their success contributed to Westfield achieving the best results ever in the history of the school.
Taiwo and Kenny Dada gained 26 A and A* grades.
They said: “We are really pleased with our results and would like to say a huge thank you to all our teachers.
“We are both very happy to be staying on at Westfield Sixth Form and hope to go to Oxford or Cambridge to study.”
Taiwo hopes to study medicine while Kenny is aiming for a career in journalism.
The other set of twins Frankie and Georgie Hickey achieved 19 A and A* grades between them.
They are both currently studying Economics, Mathematics, RE and Sociology at Westfield Sixth Form, with Georgie wanting to train as a secondary school teacher and Frankie wanting to pursue a career in Business and Finance.
Emma Aylesbury, Principal said: “This goes to prove good teaching and learning and high expectations can translate into great results, what achievement.”
