THEY'VE been a smash hit, with chocolate lovers travelling miles for find them – the elusive orange Twirl.

But for one dad, not only did he get his hands on a bar, he got a one-in-a-million triple-finger Twirl.

The limited-edition product – which is so sought-after it is reported to be on eBay for up to £25 for a single finger – normally comes with the only two.

“I think it's mad!” said Samuel May, 27, from Swindon, who bought the treat from B&M

“I’d been looking for these orange Twirls for ages.

“Me and my partner absolutely love chocolate but we couldn’t find them anywhere,” said Samuel.

Having has only been on the shelves since September 23 the orange Twirl has proved difficult for consumers to track down.

The chocolate lovers had previously tried to buy the bars from Tesco, but to no avail.

“They’re really hard to get hold of,” said Samuel, who handed over 49p for it.

“Ever since we knew about the orange ones we’d been on a mission to try and find them.”

He went to the B&M store last Sunday to do some weekend shopping.

“They were by the tills when I got there. So I was quite excited to have found them and I picked up a couple for me and my partner.

“I didn’t think anything of it,” he said.

It wasn’t until he got home that he realised his good fortune was even better than he had previously thought.

“I was looking at them and thought ‘that one is a bit bigger than the other’.

“I was just holding it and could feel there were in fact three fingers in it. One on top of the other two. It’s mad isn’t it?

“I feel like I just can’t believe it. I can’t find these bars for ages and then pick first one up and it’s got three fingers in!” he added.

Samuel says he isn’t sure what he’ll do with the third stick of chocolate but he may share it with his youngest daughter Nalah.

“I’ve got an eight-month-old who likes sucking on chocolate at the moment so I may give it to her to enjoy,” said Samuel. “It’s just one of those funny things. It would be nice if it was the only one in the world. Hopefully there’s more good luck to come, now is a good time to by a lottery ticket!” he said.

The bars are so popular that fans have posted on social media in their search. One Twitter user said his corner shop had boxes on order but there was a waiting list. Cadbury’s has said reaction to the launch was incredible and demand was very high.
