The jury in the trial of Julian Felisi, accused of killing fellow Watford bin man Gary Bennett, has retired to consider a verdict.
Judge Stephen Gullick took the jury through the key points of the trial this afternoon, at St Albans Crown Court, before allowing the members to retire.
They did so under the instruction they return a verdict agreed by all of them.
If found guilty of the murder of fellow Watford bin man Gary Bennett, Felisi, 38, faces a minimum of 15 years in prison.
Mr Bennett, 46, was found dead in Aldenham Country Park on the morning of Wednesday, February 24.
He had suffered severe head injuries and Mr Felisi was arrested on suspicion of murder on March 16.
It is not expected the jury will make a decision before tomorrow (Friday), the fourteenth day of the trial.
