Lloyd Doyley’s consistency for Watford has been recognised with a call-up to the Jamaica squad for their forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against Panama and Costa Rica.
The popular defender, who is only four appearances short of becoming just the tenth player to clock up 400 Hornets appearances in the club’s history, has been named in the 25-man squad alongside fellow Watford defender Nyron Nosworthy.
Indeed, the squad has something of a Watford theme to it because former players Adrian Mariappa, Jobi McAnuff and Theo Robinson have also been included.
Jamaica are at home to Panama on March 22 before making the trip to Costa Roca on March 26, three days before the Hornets are due to take on Burnley in their Good Friday clash.
