WATFORD's players, as well as supporters, will have a weekend off as a result of the postponement of the Millwall game.
The players had a double training session on Thursday, August 30, and another session the following day before heading for home at lunchtime. They are scheduled to report back on Monday (September 3) morning.
Vialli said: "We will not be utilising the time without a game in any way different to what I am used to, but it will be different from what we have done so far.
We have had a number of games and training sessions, so it is important we use this two weeks for the main things: to work on our fitness and all the aspects of the game and, secondly, which is just as important, to have some rest.
We will use the weekend to give them two or three days rest, chill-out, wind-down a bit and get ready for the next week."
*Stephen Glass has been back running this week and is expected to join the squad in full training early next week.
*Nigel Gibbs, recovering from a hernia and groin operations, is running and joining in some ball-work.
Richard Johnson, Nicky Wright and Lee Cook are continuing their rehabilitation work.
*Nordin Wooter was booked for "diving" against Wolves on Saturday, August 25, which was another incident that annoyed the Watford boss.
He said this week: "I was a bit unhappy with the referee because I don't think he was very consistent. Nordin got kicked a couple of times before the booking incident and his marker should have been yellow-carded. But it didn't happen and when you get kicked a few times you dive to get out of the way, not to get a free kick but to avoid the challenge and, as a result, you can fall."
