Watford have agreed a deal to sign Marseille defender Brice Dja Djedje, according to L’Equipe.

The French newspaper is reporting a €4million agreement has been reached with the Ligue 1 club and claim the 25-year-old is interested in making the move, although personal terms have yet to be finalised.

Born in the Ivory Coast, Dja Djedje has made 63 appearances for Marseille since joining them from Evian in January 2014.

Watford have already signed four players this summer in Jerome Sinclair, Isaac Success, Christian Kabasele and yesterday the Hornets announced Juan Camilo Zuniga had joined on an initial season-long loan from Napoli.
