Watford’s Under-23s will play five pre-season friendlies ahead of the 2018/19 campaign getting underway.
The Golden Boys will play all of their friendlies on the road and start their schedule with a visit to Colchester United on Tuesday, July 10 (1pm KO).
A clash with Welling United follows on Saturday, July 21 (3pm KO) before Watford take on Hemel Hempstead Town at 7.30pm three days later.
Potters Bar Town are Hayden Mullins’ side’s fourth pre-season assignment on Tuesday, July 31 (7.30pm KO) and they conclude their preparations for the new campaign in a 3pm kick-off against Welwyn Garden City on Saturday, August 4.
The Under-23 side will look to kick on next season and improve on the fourth-place finish they secured in the Professional Development League 2 South last term.
