Spanish forward Andrea Carid has become the latest player to join Watford Ladies as the club continue their summer revamp.
She arrives at the Golden Girls with a wealth of experience in her homeland where she has represented Spain at youth level.
The 25-year-old’s has most recently been playing Futsal with Ourense Envialia FSF and has also played for Spain’s futsal team.
Carid made her first outing for the Hornets on Sunday when she impressed in a narrow defeat to Lewes FC Women.
With the 2018/19 FAWNL campaign fast approaching, Watford Ladies are well into their pre-season schedule and have arranged two more friendly matches.
Maidenhead United and Stevenage will make the trip to Kings Langley on Wednesday, August 8 and Thursday, August 16 respectively.
