This pool is taking on the appearance of a ‘group of death’ with four of the six teams tied on three points.

Rifle Volunteer defeated Old Fullerians 4-3 in a thriller, having let a 2-0 lead slip.

Volunteer went ahead after 10 minutes from the penalty spot as Hugh Trayte converted from 12 yards. A second goal soon followed when a shot was pushed into his own net by the Fullerians keeper to put the home side firmly in charge.

Instead of pressing home their advantage though, Rifle seemed to back off and their opponents pulled a goal back just before the break when a neat move saw the ball played to Mark Needham on the left side of the penalty area and he squared for Craig Totton to slot home.

Fullerians then equalised early in the second half when a Dan Woosley corner from the right was met by Chris Munroe who headed into the top left corner.

It was one-way traffic as Fullerians took the lead for the first time in the game, with Charlie Munroe nicking the ball from a Rifle defender before squaring for Ryan Woosley to sweep home from in the box.

However, the twists continued as the game swung back towards Rifle when player-manager Gary Froy headed home at the back post.

With time running out, Andy Lomas capped his first appearance of the season by laying off the ball to Ben Goode who made no mistake with a composed finish.

Oakview, as expected, lead the group with three wins from three after a 4-2 victory over Reed Rangers, although they had to do it the hard way after coming back from 1-0 down as well having two players sent off in the second half, with their opponents also having a player dismissed.

John Smith volleyed Reed into an early lead following a cross from George Hobson, but Oakview got back on terms 10 minutes before the break when Lewis Putman slotted home a penalty.

Putman then put his side in front five minutes into the second period before their first player was sent off.

Reed piled on the pressure and twice struck the woodwork. The other two dismissals then followed, but Rangers continued to create chances.

Miley Cash did manage to pull one goal back, but not before Putman has complete his hat-trick. The Oakview striker later netted a fourth to complete the win.

Despite this defeat Reed remain in second place in the group by virtue of a one goal advantage over a West Herts side who defeated Evergreen 3-0.

The Stags made the breakthrough early in the second half when following a great run by Jeremy Audic, his cross was met by Toki Odugbesan to net his fifth goal in the last four games.

Aaron Eager added a second for the visitors when the home keeper misjudged the bounce of the ball to allow him to nip in and head into an empty net.

A third by Shaun Mvula following a defensive mix up completed the win.

Despite their poor league form St Josephs top this group with a second win after a 3-2 away victory over Chorleywood Club.

Lewis Smith gave St Josephs the lead before the home side had a player sent off. Further punishment followed for Chorleywood from the resultant free-kick as Anton Collins curled in the set piece to double Joes’ advantage.

Despite having a man disadvantage, Chorleywood battled back and scored twice through Jamie Edwards and Clement Asante, but it was Collins who secured the win late on.

Fox & Hounds are in second place after a 2-1 victory over Rickmansworth Town.

James Yallop gave Rickmansworth the lead, Tiago Campos equalised soon after with a right-footed shot, but it fell to Jack Wilson to net the winner for the home side after the break with a composed finish.

Athletic took the lead inside the first minute when Mike Vacoe powered through to slot home. It was 3-0 just 10 minutes later thanks to Gary Coyle and an own goal. Vacoe then grabbed his second and James Fisher added another soon after.

Coyle was forced off with a knee injury, but that didn’t seem bother Tudor as substitute Jack Robertson made it six on the stroke of half-time.

Athletic continued to boss the game in the second half, but despite Bushey grabbing a goal back through Hassan Zeizale to make it 6-1, Robertson then struck another four to take his tally to five.

FC Woodside enjoyed a 5-2 win over AFC Bedmond after coming back twice from behind.

Mark O'Connor gave Bedmond the lead just before the break, and although Tom Dettmer headed Woodside level early in the second half, Gavin Rajenderen restored the Bedmond lead soon after.
