Bushey Sports Club continued their good start to the Herts Senior County League season with a 5-1 victory at basement side Sun Sports.

Bilal Butt scored twice for the visitors, who also had Adem Ali, Vincent Rispoli and Adam Wallace on target to leave their side third in the Premier Division table.

For Sun though, their struggles continue and they remain without a point after a ninth straight league defeat.

An Adrian Abramian brace secured Chipperfield Corinthians a 2-1 victory over Belstone, but Bedmond Sports were on the wrong end of the same scoreline as they were defeated at Sandridge Rovers.

Two goals from Robert Gallagher and a Jonny Daily effort saw Evergreen pick up their sixth point of the campaign following a 3-3 draw at home to Weston.

It’s tight at the top of Division One but Oxhey Jets Reserves lead the way on goal difference following a 2-2 draw at Hinton thanks to goals from Ashley Fongho and George Turner.

Strikes from Akeerie Galloway and James Moody were not enough to save Oxhey from a 4-2 home reverse to Cockfosters Reserves.

Bovingdon Reserves also featured in a high-scoring game as they went down to a 5-3 loss at Bush Hill Rangers; Josh Bundey, Haydn Cassidy and George Loosely on target for the visitors.

Old Parmiterians had to settle for a 1-1 draw form their trip to struggling Lemsford, while Aldenham lost 2-1 at home to Welham Albion.
