Although two Watford FC Girls teams hit a dozen goals without reply, it was the Under-15s who secured the most dramatic victory thanks to a superb last-gasp goal from Casey Evans.

Hosts Denham United took an early lead but were 3-1 behind at the interval due to efforts from Susan Uwaifo, Aulona Xhema and an own goal. But a late rally by the home side looked to have deservedly secured a draw.

However, Watford were to dramatically grab all three points as Evans’ curling effort from distance nestled into the far top corner of the net to spark an 11-player mass celebration.

The youngest age group to run out 12-0 victors were the Under-12s in their League Cup tie at BSC FC.
