Watford's Dodi Lukebakio has been named Bundesliga Rookie of the Month for December, earning him a nomination for Rookie of the Season.
The striker, who is currently on loan at Fortuna Dusseldorf, has been impressing in the German top division this season, scoring a hat-trick against champions Bayern Munich and netting in a victory over current league leaders Borussia Dortmund.
He found the net again against Bayern Munich on Sunday, from the penalty spot in a Telekom Cup semi-final shootout, which Dusseldorf lost 8-7.
He received the award ahead of Hertha Berlin's Marko Grujic and Jean-Philippe Mateta from Mainz 05.
