Domingos Quina has vowed to return stronger after undergoing an operation on his injured shoulder.
Watford have confirmed the Portuguese midfielder “underwent a successful shoulder procedure yesterday” after sustaining the injury in training.
The 19-year-old wrote on Instagram: “Thank God the operation was a success, the preparation for next season starts now, and I promise you I will be back stronger!! Thank you for all your support.”
Quina has made a total of 13 appearances in his first season at Vicarage Road following his switch from West Ham United, scoring in the 2-0 Carabao Cup win at Reading and 3-2 home Premier League victory against Cardiff City.
